Marine Eichenberger, Team Time’s founder
Education
In 2006, I founded Team Time after receiving my Brevet Fédéral de formateurs d’adultes (BFFA, Federal Certificate as an Adult Trainer) and my Coaching certification in Systemic Strategic Approach (Institut Gregory Bateson).
My practice is equally fed by 6 years of experience spent as an actor and director, continuously observing the group dynamics, functioning and cohesion of our international company (Ecole de Théâtre Jacques Lecoq, Paris).
Advantages
My Swiss roots very quickly encouraged me to discover other cultures and to open my mind to diversity. The skills I picked up while traveling, notably learning English, Italian and German, prove to be invaluable as I carry out mandates, immersing myself in each company’s particular culture.
To recharge my batteries and find inspiration, I travel locally to the unlimited playground of the Swiss mountains. Caring for myself in order to care for others is essential to successfully support the people I encounter.
The practice of Aikido has also inspired my approach to interpersonal communication. Simply mastering a technique is not enough… It must be adapted to each Aikidoka. This same approach is needed when attempting to use communication techniques with others.
Today, I benefit from nearly 15 years of experience in creating and facilitating tailor-made seminars for numerous companies, institutions and private clients.

Attentive to my client’s needs, I build high-performance teams, engaging people who possess the key competencies required to bring about meaningful impact in a specific context. I enjoy surrounding myself with professionals who share the same commitment and adhere to common values, all the while possessing the ability to call into question the way they function.
Some mandates, particularly those that are quite complex, need more reflection and require the mobilization of 2 or 3 additional experts to be part of the team.

With more than 25 years of experience coaching professionals, Patrick applies the Systemic and Strategic Approach with great precision. Curious and passionate for the subject, he enriches the team by sharing his knowledge of numerous useful and relevant books, articles and references works.
Renatus Hoogenraad
With more than 15 years of expertise in innovation, leadership, executive and team coaching, Renatus wonderfully juggles the elements of improvisation, Design Thinking and co-creation.
Besides these two experts with whom I collaborate regularly, there are others who complete my network and intervene as needed.
